IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE PURCHASING

To our USA friends, some information on shipping.

We have decided to only have DHL available for shipments as we navigate tariffs. DHL is expensive and fast! From all our research, you should not be charged any extra tariffs if shipping with DHL. Fingers crossed! As always we are happy to refund you the difference once your ceramics are packed and shipped, as well as multiple orders that can be consolidated.

Shipping

We highly recommend selecting Route Shipping Insurance when having your ceramics shipped. This ensures that your items are protected in the event they are lost or damaged during shipping. Please note that Janaki Larsen Studios is not responsible for broken or lost ceramics. Canada Post does not provide insurance for ceramics.

Shipping Methods

We use Canada Post for standard shipping within Canada, and all shipments include a tracking number.

If you make multiple purchases, we will combine your orders into one shipment, provided the ceramics can safely fit in the same box. If we are able to ship your order at a lower cost than originally charged, we will refund the difference.

Studio Pickups

Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you by email to confirm the details.
