Shipping

We highly recommend selecting Route Shipping Insurance when having your ceramics shipped. This ensures that your items are protected in the event they are lost or damaged during shipping. Please note that Janaki Larsen Studios is not responsible for broken or lost ceramics. Canada Post does not provide insurance for ceramics.

Shipping Methods

We use Canada Post and UPS for standard shipping, and all shipments include a tracking number.

If you make multiple purchases, we will combine your orders into one shipment, provided the ceramics can safely fit in the same box. If we are able to ship your order at a lower cost than originally charged, we will refund the difference.

Studio Pickups

Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you by email to confirm the details.
