Shipping policy

We are a small team at Janaki Larsen Studios. Shipping will usually be done every Monday. If you place an order on Monday, your order might not be received in time to have out that day.

If you are a local Vancouver pick up, your order will be received and organized on the following Monday. After your order is confirmed, you will receive our Calendly invite or if you wish to have your ceramics shipped we are happy to do that as well. 

If you need your order shipped for a specific timeline please email klee@janakilarsen.com so we can try and accommodate.

If a ceramics get lost in the mail or break we unfortunately can not refund you. If you are shipping we highly recommend using Route Insurance at checkout. They will keep you covered.
