About the space
“The Loading Bay” is a texture filled space located in Vancouver’s Armoury District. Known
for its design stores and art galleries, the space is perfectly positioned for walk by traffic.
Large, east facing doors, brick walls and concrete floors offer a rare European feel.

Rate Minimum rental 2 hours 200.00$ + GST 500.00$ per day + gst (6 hours) $25.00 per hour overtime.

Included in rental Coded access Wifi Bathroom for wardrobe changes etc. (fob required and available) Access to boiler room for extra equipment storage.
General Rules No smoking Please Respect Vancouver City By-Laws for noise. Garbage removal and clean-up is the responsibility of the renter. Events serving alcohol, the renter is responsible for required permits. The space comes “As Is” it is a rustic space that is also used as an active loading bay.
